granQ started the ArmA 1 VTE history really, he started to put together OFP VTE ports to ArmA 1 in 2007-05-27 by posting in PMC Tactical Forum VTE, first step into ArmA topic.
Nothing more major happened in the VTE ArmA 1 history.
Final ArmA 1 release was made on 2010-06-14 (actual release on 15th).
